Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. What to do depends on who you are.

If you are a client of a business that uses Keeplooped

Gyms, studios, salons, clinics and other businesses use Keeplooped to text you, book your appointments and run their loyalty programs. That business controls your data. To have it deleted:

• Ask the business directly. They can delete your record from Keeplooped in a few clicks.
• To stop texts right away, reply STOP to any message.
• If the business does not respond, email privacy@keeplooped.com with the business name and your phone number or email. We will pass your request on and make sure it is handled.

If you have a Keeplooped account

• The account owner can close the account in Settings, or email privacy@keeplooped.com from the account's email address.
• You can export your data first. After closing, data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days.

If you connect Facebook, Instagram or Google

Disconnect the account in Keeplooped under Settings, and remove Keeplooped from the connected apps in your Facebook, Instagram or Google settings. We stop using the connection immediately and delete the data it gave us within 30 days. Email privacy@keeplooped.com if you want confirmation.

What we must keep

Records of consent and opt-outs, and records of messages sent, are kept for at least 5 years because the law and phone carriers require them as evidence. They are used for nothing else. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

How fast

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.
