SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages Keeplooped itself sends: to people who asked us about Keeplooped, to our customers about their account, and to partners. Messages that a gym, studio, salon or clinic sends you through Keeplooped come from that business, under its own messaging terms; reply STOP to any of them to stop.

Program

Keeplooped (operated by Focus Digital d.o.o. (OIB 78356705721), Borongajska cesta 82/3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia) sends account, security and billing texts to customers, replies to people who contacted us, and follow-ups to people who asked us to text them. We send marketing texts only to people who agreed to receive them. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing texts: up to 4 per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP to stop texts from us. Reply START to get service texts again; marketing texts restart only if you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@keeplooped.com.
• You can also ask us to stop by email or on a call.

Hours

We do not send marketing texts at night or at other times restricted by the law where you live.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your agreement to receive texts, with anyone for their marketing. Mobile information is shared only with the providers that deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy.
