Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to everyone accepted into the Keeplooped partner program ("partner", "you"). The program is run by Focus Digital d.o.o. (OIB 78356705721), Borongajska cesta 82/3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("Keeplooped", "we"). By applying, or by sharing your partner link, you accept them.

1. How you earn

  • You get a personal link and code. A business that signs up for a paid Keeplooped plan through your link is a referred customer.
  • You earn the commission rate shown on your partner page (currently 20%) of the subscription fees each referred customer pays, for their first 12 months as a paying customer.
  • Commission is calculated on subscription fees actually received, after refunds, discounts, chargebacks, taxes and pass-through fees (such as texting usage and carrier fees).
  • Your rate and duration are fixed when you are accepted. Changes to the program apply only to customers referred after the change.

2. Attribution

  • A referral is credited to the last partner link the business used before signing up.
  • We cannot credit a sign-up that did not come through your link or code, a business that was already a customer or already talking to our team, or a business you own or control.
  • Our tracking records decide attribution. If you think a referral was missed, tell us within 30 days of the sign-up.

3. Payouts

  • We pay monthly, after the referred customer's payment has cleared and any refund period has passed.
  • You provide accurate payout and tax details. You are responsible for your own taxes.
  • If a payment we paid commission on is later refunded or charged back, we may deduct that commission from future payouts.

4. How you promote Keeplooped

  • Be honest. Do not make promises about results, prices or features that Keeplooped does not make.
  • Do not spam. Any email, text or call you make must follow the law, including consent rules. Do not text or call people about Keeplooped without their permission.
  • Do not bid on "Keeplooped" or close variations in paid search, and do not register domains or social accounts using our name.
  • Say that you are a Keeplooped partner when you recommend us.
  • You may use our name and logo only as we provide them, and only to promote Keeplooped.

5. You are independent

You are not our employee, agent or representative. You cannot make commitments for Keeplooped or accept terms on our behalf.

6. Ending your participation

You can leave at any time. We can end your participation at any time; if it is not for a breach of these terms, we will pay commission already earned on customers you referred before the end date for the rest of their 12-month period. If you break these terms, we may withhold unpaid commission connected to the breach.

7. Changes and law

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Questions: hello@keeplooped.com.
